"The Analyzing Blackness Institute" focuses on the relationship between the African diaspora and Black culture in America through digital media and film. The content in this collective will analyze the complexities of blackness as well as the difficulty of dealing with an individual's personal, cultural and national identities.

Answering questions such as "How do immigrants assimilate into Black culture?" and "How does Black culture force people of the diaspora to conform?" challenges the notion of the stereotypical single Black identity that is a common stereotype that plagues western society. This art collective also opens up the conversation to individuals that society often ignores, giving a voice to a group of people that are forcefully muted in society.
